ArtSplash – integrate the abstract

Backsplash?  Why not ArtSplash?  The kitchen is the focal point of the home these days, yet it often lacks artistic expression. With ArtSplash we’ve transformed Look Studio’s abstract art images into beautiful and functional backsplashes that can be installed anywhere you want to make a dramatic statement.  From bold to subtle, these fine art images stir up conversation and offer a fresh alternative to tile or drywall.

The ArtSplash process originated from a sustainable living competition in Santa Fe. The images are printed on bamboo paper and applied to the wall with sustainable adhesive and finished with glass over the top to protect the surface of the image.  Whether it’s a backsplash for your kitchen, powder room, wet bar, or a nook accent, the uniqueness of ArtSplash will turn heads. ArtDrop:  Look Studio abstract art images can be used as a room divider, window treatment or as a merchandising backdrop for a store window to create artistic interest with versatility.  The images are printed on 24” wide lightweight polyester and hung on a sliding system that allows three or six vertical 2’ panels to be displayed. The panels can be positioned side by side as a screen or can “open” by overlapping one another. 

The beauty of the system is that the panels can be any height and the images can be rotated when you want to change the look of the piece. This system is comparable in price to standard window treatments and is an excellent way to add texture and color to an area that’s difficult to decorate or needs a splash of art to make a statement.  Look Studio can provide options for your ArtDrop piece based on your color palette and needs.
